Research & writingSources, drafting context and the second competitive review can be retained in the content workspace. People still research and verify the evidence.Verified in app Assisted
Content & image reviewThe deployed effort gate checks a recorded assessment and reviewed image metadata. It is an internal editorial standard, not a Google score or independent fact check.Verified in app
Calendar & approvalsProject calendars, exact article versions and separate channel approvals are available. Changing approved copy, images or destinations requires a new review.Verified in app
WordPress publishing & recoveryLawSEO completed one assisted release with backup and recovery protection. Brunka passed an unpublished-copy restore rehearsal; automatic publishing there is not enabled.Verified in pilot Assisted
Google crawl requestThe LawSEO pilot has a recorded accepted GSC request. A person completes the browser request; acceptance does not mean Google has indexed or ranked the page.Verified in pilot Assisted
Channel deliveryIndividually approved LawSEO versions reached Facebook, X and three GBP locations through the native worker. LinkedIn delivery was assisted. Some verification also needed assistance.Verified in pilot Assisted
Alerts & delivery recordsThe hosted workflow has in-app/email notices and per-destination delivery receipts. These show workflow events, not proof of customer acquisition.Verified in app

What the status labels are based on
  • LawSEO pilot: dated publication, accepted GSC and individually approved channel-delivery records from October 12. The full sequence needed assistance.
  • Recovery qualification: LawSEO recovery checks and Brunka’s October 13 unpublished-copy restoration. The Brunka test did not enable automatic publishing or demonstrate a full-site restore.
  • Hosted features: documented editorial-workspace, review, effort-gate and notification checks. Recorded review evidence is not independent factual verification.
  • Rollout limits: shared workflow implementation and client-qualification handoffs identify the unfinished enrollment, release queue, reporting and customer-operation work.

These are internal product records, not third-party certification. No new live publishing or provider test was run for this comparison. Confirm current scope for your site and destinations before using an estimate.

02 / What it costs

Compare the same monthly workload

Use your real costs and measured hours where possible. No todds.ai price or time saving is assumed. Keep every task on both sides until a trial shows who will handle it.

Use the same volume, quality standard and locations on both sides. Costs are not multiplied by this description.

Use one blended hourly cost, including employment costs, for both sides.

Label only; no currency conversion.

* Required for calculation. Other blank cost fields count as zero. Use monthly equivalents for mixed billing plans, and avoid counting the same fee or work twice.

Your estimate. No sample prices or hours are filled in.

How the calculation works

Monthly software = the subscription amount divided by its billing months + other retained software + usage/add-ons. Monthly cash expenses = monthly software + outside services. Staff-time value = monthly hours × the common hourly cost. Estimated monthly total = cash expenses + staff-time value.

Year-one total = 12 × estimated monthly total + one-time setup fees + setup staff hours × hourly cost. Initial software/services payment = the full subscription bill + one month of other software, usage and services + setup fees; staff time is excluded from that payment figure. We assume extras and services are billed monthly and due at the start.

A lower total is an estimate of economic cost, not a promise that payroll or your bills will fall. Reassigned staff time is capacity, not automatically cash saved. Taxes, financing, changing workloads and price changes are excluded; enter tax-inclusive prices if that suits your comparison. Keep remaining human review and assisted steps in your estimate.

A completed example: lower staff effort can still mean higher software bills

Illustrative only: current software costs 300 USD/month and takes 24 staff hours at 50 USD/hour: 1,500 USD/month in combined cost. A hypothetical todds.ai quote of 200 USD plus 100 USD in retained tools, 20 USD usage and 14 staff hours totals 1,020 USD/month.

That is 480 USD less in combined monthly cost, but 20 USD more in monthly cash expenses. The estimated 10 freed hours are not proven savings. With 200 USD in setup fees and 3 staff setup hours, the illustrative first-year totals are 18,000 USD versus 12,590 USD.

Decision: trial first. The 200 USD subscription is not a todds.ai price, and the 14 hours are not a measured result. Confirm a quote and test the remaining work before buying.
