1. Information we collect
- Account information: your name, email address, sign-in identifier, organization membership, and project settings.
- Information you provide: website addresses, keywords, business details, notes, content, tasks, approvals, and support communications that you choose to submit.
- Connected services: information you authorize us to retrieve from supported integrations, together with connection identifiers and credentials needed to maintain those connections.
- Website and service activity: public page content collected for audits, audit findings, reports, execution records, and technical logs needed to operate and protect the service.
2. Google account and marketing data
Google Sign-In supplies account information used to authenticate you. If you separately connect Google Search Console or Google Analytics, we access the properties and reporting data allowed by your permissions and project selections. These may include search queries, pages, clicks, impressions, average positions, sessions, and conversion or key-event metrics.
Additional integrations, including Google Ads keyword research and Google Business Profile features, may be available as development progresses. Availability is not implied by this policy. We explain the data and permissions requested when you connect an available feature. A Google sign-in alone does not authorize access to all your Google services.
We use connected Google data to provide the reporting, analysis, and other features you request. todds.ai's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. Google user data is not sold, used for advertising targeting, or used to train generalized AI or machine-learning models.
3. How we use information
We use information to operate your workspace; collect and compare authorized measurements; produce audits, reports, and task recommendations; carry out approved actions through enabled features; provide support; troubleshoot failures; and protect accounts and systems. We also use it to maintain records of decisions and work so users can distinguish a recommendation from a completed or verified action.
4. AI processing and service providers
Where an AI-assisted feature is enabled and used, relevant inputs may be processed by the model provider identified for that feature. The data involved depends on the feature and the inputs you select. Do not submit confidential client records or sensitive personal information unless you have authority and the feature is appropriate for that information.
We use infrastructure and other service providers to operate todds.ai, including Google Cloud for hosting. Providers receive information needed for their role. Connected platforms process requests under their own privacy policies. We do not sell your personal information. Google data sharing and human access are limited by the Google policy above, including consent, security, and legal requirements.
5. Workspace access and disclosure
Information is accessible to workspace members according to their permissions. You are responsible for selecting appropriate collaborators and recipients of exported reports. We may disclose information when required by law or necessary to protect rights, safety, or service security. Any transfer of Google user data in a business transaction remains subject to Google's applicable requirements.
6. Storage, security, and retention
We use access controls, HTTPS, and encryption for stored integration credentials. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Information may be processed in the United States and other locations where our service providers operate.
We retain account and project information as needed to provide the service, maintain requested history, resolve disputes, and meet applicable obligations. Retention depends on the data category and provider restrictions; this policy does not promise indefinite provider-data storage. Disconnecting a service stops future access through that connection but does not automatically erase previously saved reports. Backups and security or legally required records may remain after deletion from active systems.
7. Your choices and deletion requests
You can revoke Google access through your Google Account connections. Use available in-app connection controls to disconnect a provider. To request access, correction, export, or deletion of account or project information, email todd@lawseo.com and identify the account and request without including passwords or API keys. We may verify your identity and authority, particularly for shared client workspaces. We respond as required by applicable law and explain any applicable retention exceptions.
8. Cookies and local browser storage
The application uses cookies or similar browser storage for sign-in, session security, and interface functions. Blocking necessary cookies can prevent login. The public homepage does not require an account to read this policy. If optional tracking features are introduced, we will provide appropriate disclosure and choices.
9. Children and policy changes
todds.ai is intended for adult business users, not children. Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal information. We may update this policy as the service changes, with the updated date shown here and additional notice or consent where required.
