Terms of Service

todds.ai is operated by SEO for Lawyers, LLC, based in Oregon, United States. These Terms of Service govern use of todds.ai, app.todds.ai, and the todds.ai service. By using the service, you agree to these terms with SEO for Lawyers, LLC. If you use it for an organization, you must have authority to act for that organization.

1. Service and beta availability

todds.ai provides digital marketing tools, including available audit, reporting, and task workflows. The product is under active development and may be offered as a private beta. Features described as planned, illustrative, or in development are not a promise of present availability. Beta features may change or be interrupted.

2. Accounts and authorization

You must be an adult legally able to enter into these terms. Keep account information accurate and protect your credentials. Connect only accounts, websites, and data that you own or are authorized to manage. You are responsible for your workspace invitations and for approvals made by authorized members.

3. Your content and data

You retain your rights in the content and data you provide. You give todds.ai permission to process, store, and display them as necessary to provide the features you request, subject to the Privacy Policy and applicable provider restrictions. You must have the necessary rights and permissions to supply that material. These terms do not grant us ownership of your client content.

4. Recommendations, AI, and measurement

Audits and AI-generated recommendations can be incomplete or incorrect. Metrics depend on the source, collection date, sampling, account access, and comparison settings. Forecasts and recovery estimates are not guarantees. We do not guarantee rankings, indexing, traffic, leads, revenue, placement in AI answers, or compliance with a platform's policies.

Review recommendations and generated content before relying on or publishing them. A completed task is not, by itself, proof of a search-performance improvement. The service does not replace professional legal, financial, or other regulated advice.

5. Website changes and approvals

Connecting a data source does not authorize every possible action on your website or provider account. Actions depend on enabled capabilities and the approvals and permissions applicable to the task. Before approving changes, review the target, proposed action, and available recovery information. Maintain appropriate website backups. Developer handoffs and exported scripts require review before you or your developer execute them.

6. Third-party services and charges

Google, Semrush, Ahrefs, hosting providers, and other integrations have their own terms, availability, quotas, and fees. Your subscription to a provider does not necessarily include API access. Provider credits and platform access may be required in addition to a todds.ai plan. Any todds.ai subscription, usage charge, or service order will be presented separately for acceptance; these terms alone do not enroll you in a paid plan.

7. Acceptable use

Do not use the service for unlawful activity, unauthorized access, infringement, deception, harassment, or distribution of malicious code. Do not bypass approvals, access another customer's information, evade provider quotas, or interfere with the service. You must follow the rules of each connected platform and obtain permission to process client information.

8. Service ownership

todds.ai and its licensors retain their rights in the software, branding, and other service materials, excluding your content and third-party materials. We grant you a limited right to use the service for its intended purposes while your access is authorized. You may use your reports for your business, subject to any third-party data restrictions.

9. Suspension, cancellation, and data requests

We may limit or suspend access to protect security, comply with law or provider requirements, or address violations of these terms. You may stop using the service, disconnect integrations, and request account closure by emailing todd@lawseo.com. Data requests and retention are handled as described in the Privacy Policy. Any separately accepted paid order governs its cancellation and refund terms, subject to applicable law.

10. Disclaimers and responsibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available without warranties of uninterrupted operation, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. You are responsible for your independent business decisions and authorized use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer protections or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11. Changes and contact
